Our high-volume restaurant is looking for a dynamic and flexible leader who can provide our diners with an exceptional experience. As restaurant general manager, you are responsible for creating a plan that maximizes our financial and operational goals. You will be able to recruit, hire, and train a staff who is passionate about delivering great customer service. The general manager needs to ensure that the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations. Our ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience managing a restaurant or a similar role in the customer service industry. $70,000 - $90,000 yearly

• Deliver excellent quality of visitor satisfaction when dining in the restaurant
• Oversee staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing, and training candidates for all restaurant positions
• Create a comprehensive plan for the restaurant that considers the market, local competitors, sales revenue and expenses
• Assures all products and services are consistent with company quality standards
• Directs and coordinates all aspects of marketing and community events, including planning and executing them
• Undertake routine assessments of team members' performance and ensure that they are held accountable for their actions through performance management

• Previous management or supervisory experience of 2-3 years is required, preferably in the restaurant industry
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets
• Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
