A SUBWAY® Manager performs and directs overall restaurant management and ensures that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Recruits and trains staff and makes sure employees feel supported. Responsible for inventory and money control systems – may establish inventory schedules. Maintains business records. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position (and goes a long way towards maximizing tips and Monthly Bonus!)
Benefits of choosing Subway Management:
- Base pay starts $12-$13/hr depending on experience. Take-home pay includes Manager Bonus and cash and credit card tips. Salary estimates assume a 44 hour work week.
- Monthly Bonus (a percentage of sales) when cost controls are met. The Bonus Program is 2-tiered, so you have monthly potential to earn either full or half bonus. On average, ranges from $450-$900 monthly in addition to base pay. We are dedicated to training each Manager to achieve bonus.
- $600 bonus after 6 months of store management (Rehires not eligible)

Eligibility:
-Must pass drug & background check
- Management experience preferred but not required
- Fast food service experience preferred but not required
- Base pay determined by experience level
- A positive, self-motivated attitude and ability to maintain strong relationships with employees will help you grow and succeed in this position.We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager to take the helm of our fast-paced and successful restaurant. The ideal candidate must have five years of management experience in the QSR or FSR industry and a proven track record of growing sales. A successful candidate will work with our executive team to create a dynamic restaurant environment, develop weekly marketing and sales initiatives, ensure that each employee is prepared for their daily responsibilities, and regularly review restaurant profitability with individual food stations.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise meals, bars, or other food-related operations of a restaurant.
- Ensure guest satisfaction.
- Train and coach staff.
- Oversee inventory control and ordering in accordance with cost objectives.
- Control costs and profitability of food operations.
- Oversee the safety of employees and patrons.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Govern all operational activities in accordance with food-safety regulations.

Pay: $29,744.00 - $45,120.00 per year
