Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fast Casual Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with exceptional customer service skills, a passion for food, and a desire to create a positive and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring quality food and service, and maintaining a safe and clean restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and scheduling.
• Hire, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service, prepare high-quality food, and maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a high level of food quality and consistency by conducting regular food quality checks and monitoring kitchen operations.
• Oversee menu development and pricing to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant revenue and profitability, including promotions, marketing initiatives, and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-casual restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and senior management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of food service operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
