We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team at our rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing a busy restaurant and will be responsible for hiring and training new staff, ordering inventory and overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will report directly to the CEO, and will work closely with both kitchen staff and servers to ensure that each guest receives excellent service every time they visit our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Determine the appropriate staffing needed at each shift based on census, reservations and walk-in guests. Decide on the appropriate food, service and beverage presentation given the budget and number of servers, cooks and bussers to be scheduled.
- Assist in developing monthly/daily/weekly sales projections.
- Review monthly sales reports.
- Effectively manage the profit and loss of the bar according to budget.
- Complete payroll for hourly (FOH & BOH) staff and taxes for all staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,643.00 - $62,346.00 per year
