Mensyoku USA Inc. (dba Kitakata Ramen Ban Nai) is seeking a Restaurant Manager/Kitchen Manager at our BUENA PARK location to lead all aspects of the restaurant. As a manager, you will ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, cleanliness, and customer-service standards.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Supervise, manage operations and lead the team of server and kitchen staff to successfully productive shifts.
• Coordinate daily Front-of-House and Back-of-House restaurant operations
• Deliver superior quality of food and service exceeding customer expectations
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

· Interview, hire, train, lead and coach a team of servers, kitchen staff, support staff, and other managers

• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Respond to accidents, complaints, issues that arise
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

Qualifications:

• Restaurant Experience - work experience as a Leader or Manager or similar role
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must have strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal (people) skills
• Ramen experience is a plus but Not Required.
• Japanese language skill is a plus but Not Required.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
