Each Restaurant Manager is responsible for the day-to- day operational, personnel, marketing and financial aspects of his/her store including but not limited to customer service, employee training, staffing, store appearance, sales, food costs, payroll costs, budget control, store safety, store sanitation, and profit. REQUIREMENTS

• High School Graduate or equivalent required. College degree in business or related discipline strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years of supervisory restaurant experience preferred
• QSR/Coffee experience a plus!
• ServSafe Certification
• Able and willing to work an irregular schedule (nights, weekends, and varied store locations as needed)
• Top-notch customer service skills
• Can foresee problems before they occur
• A leader and role model for the employees
• Previous managerial experience strongly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Must submit to a background check
