• EMS Mitigation Management experience is a MUST HAVE, and any other construction experience will be very helpful!

• As a Mitigation Manager you will receive a company vehicle, infrared camera, moisture meters and all tools and support to accomplish your work.

Requirements:

• 10 Years + Restoration experience required
• Excellent leadership, salesmanship, customer service, negotiation, and communication
• Must have a good understanding of general building construction
• Industry experience is MUST HAVE
• Certifications such as WRT, ASD, and AMRT is a huge plus.
• Must be able to pass a physical, drug test, and background check.
• Must be able to be insured on company vehicle policy and have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to rotate on call.
