We’re seeking someone with at least 1 year of experience writing Xactimate estimates in the restoration industry, is great on the phone, has excellent analytical skills, is detail-oriented, and is a serious multi-tasker. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate various residential and commercial restoration projects including Water Mitigation, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold Remediation, Bio-Hazard Cleanup and Contents Pack-Outs & Cleaning
  • Receive and dispatch leads and referrals, including Large Losses
  • Oversee the scheduling and production of mitigation work
  • Review, analyze and validate field documentation, including scope and sketch
  • Daily job file coordination with production project managers
  • Create estimates in Xactimate, Symbility and Time & Materials software
  • Perform job file communication through third-party programs such as Contractor Connection and Sedgwick Repair Solutions
  • Utilize various tools and software for project documentation such as XactAnalysis, Moisture Mapper or MICA, and Assured JobCheck
  • Maintain commercial contracts
  • Monitor and ensure client and insurance program requirements are followed
  • Maintain internal and external communications
  • Review and complete project documentation and estimate for the final upload process
  • Complete job file uploads, audits and close-outs
  • Assist with other departments as needed or assigned
Position Requirements:
  • 2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
  • 2+ year(s) in the restoration industry environment
  • 1+ year(s) of Xactimate experience
  • IICRC Certifications a plus
  • Experience with writing estimates, job file processes, project management, and quality assurance
  • Experience with customer service, intake and scheduling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management/ability to work on one’s own
  • Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
  • Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
  • Minimum of HSD/GED required
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Hours/Benefits:
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week, flexibility to work overtime when required
  • Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
