Compensation:
As a valued Servpro employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with opportunities to learn, grow, and increase your responsibilities and pay. The position starts at $12-$15 per hour (depending on experience) with regular merit based wage increases and bonus pay for specific jobs completed. Servpro of Crowley offers: ten paid days off (holidays/personal) per year, company assisted health insurance, and one week paid vacation after one year employment.
Unlike many similar employers, we keep our employees busy and employed even during slow work periods. This typically results in higher net earnings for the employee.

- MUST Be available 24/7 when "on-call" for emergency responses
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
- This will not be a normal 8 hr./day job when on a "loss". It will turn into long hours when on a water or fire loss.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to the shop 24/7
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean record
- Must successfully complete a background check subject to applicable laws
- Pass a supervised drug test
- Must be medically able to wear different respirators depending on the situation
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions with minimum supervision
- Will work under the direction of the Production Crew Chief
- Must possess the physical stamina to work extended hours
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Be able to effectively communicate with customers and other crew members
- Have basic math skills (add, subtract, divide & multiply)
- Minimum of High school diploma/GED
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Experience in water damage, fire cleaning, and restoration preferred
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Xactimate software knowledge a plus
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized warehouse space. Clean and maintain the warehouse, office and grounds as assigned.
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
- Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
- Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines per work order per crew chief directions.
- Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
- While performing the duties of this job, will be frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
- While performing the duties of this job, may be exposed to a variety of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, cold, wet, etc.
