Your responsibilities
- Ensure our high level of customer satisfaction through great service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual appearance
- Work with customers and staff to resolve all issues promptly
- Propose ideas for special events
- Be available weekends
- Be an example of motivation and high performance
- Assist in interviewing, hiring and training of new employees
- Sales of merchandise to customers
