Job Description

We are seeking a Full Time Assistant Manager in our Bozeman store. Are you great with customers, reliable, detail oriented and hard working? If so, we want you to join our team! Job Requirements

• Great Leadership - able to lead by example to motivate and inspire a team.
• Customer Service Driven – enjoy working with the public and your co-workers to create an extraordinary customer service experience.
• Formal retail, cash management and supervisory experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator.
• Self-motivated, hard working, good listener who isn't afraid to take initiative.
• Open availability - Weekends, Nights, etc.
• A retail personality - good with people and proactive with selling merchandise.
• Always reliable and on time. We are a team, looking for more team players.
• Accountability with store maintenance - Delegating Tasks, Receiving Merchandise, Stocking, Cleaning, etc.
• Able to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay and Benefits

• Competitive Wages - $20.00-$23.00 per hour depending on experience - with lots of room for growth for great employees!
