Here's what we are looking for:
  • Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
  • The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
  • The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service. Qualifications:
  • Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.
  • Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
  • Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‐to‐learn computer programs.
  • Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
Responsibilities:
  • Greeting clients and assisting them with wellness services
  • Answering phones. Exceptional phone skills are critical.
  • Onboarding new clients - this involves completing waivers.
  • Conducting tours and selling service packages and memberships.
  • Answer guest questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Represent the brand by embodying our core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Elements Massage Summerlin.
  • Create a fun and engaging culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued, and recognized for their contributions.
Qualifications:
  • Experience selling Membership based services a plus.
  • Experience with MindBody scheduling software a plus.
  • Hospitality mindset and experience a plus.
  • Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
  • Energetic & Enthusiastic. No Negative Nellies!
  • Must have high level of interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Conversationalist / Quick Witted
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Must possess poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Must possess a polished and professional image.
  • Must be passionate about health and wellness. Leading by example, walking the walk and talking the talk.
  • Must have a proven track record of retail sales success.
  • Must be holistic minded and have experience or interest in Kinesiology, exercise science, health, wellness or similar field.
