Customers visit your retail store, some may be browsing, and some may be ready to buy.
You approach with confidence and a smile, and go to work, assessing their needs and concerns as you build a genuine relationship with them.
Every question that is raised is an opportunity for you to build trust, educate your customer, and offer solutions that pave the way for a potential Metro by T-Mobile sale
Along the way, you deliver incredible customer service, making this the kind of experience a customer will tell their friends about
When it is time to make the sale, you are an expert at finding just the right plan for your customer.
We will also count on you to support your team, keep the store looking its best, and make sure your knowledge is up to date on the latest tech offerings.
Responsibilities:

Performs sales work in a service or industrial establishment.
Performs sales work in mobile or fixed location.
Responsible for helping meet or exceed sales quotas or objectives.
Responsible for generating new business through prospecting and follow-up activities.
Responsible for building business relationships with current and prospective customers by developing mutually beneficial business partnerships.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction regarding the company's products and services.
Manage customer accounts in accordance with the company's guidelines and procedures.
Prepare documentation for sales transactions such as contracts and invoices.
