Role Overview

In this role you will be expected to support all retail training programs logistics, customization, and execution. This role will be reporting to the Director of Retail Training in New York.

Responsibilities

• Support all onboarding and new boutique projects and logistics
• Co-design, modify and execute blended learning content for both print and video-based tutorials
• Analyze and design tools to measure and evaluate client experience consistency, boutique coaching, and classroom effectiveness.
• Manage and maintain internal training communications locally and internationally. Partner with HQ to organize international learning experiences and expenses.
• Support maintenance of the retail training calendar & budget. Track and monitor program costs weekly and regional training team T&E spend monthly. Ensure all program cost are updated and expensed timely.
• Work closely with retail analyst and legal department on contracts, bids, vendor forms and invoices
• Promote and manage LMS and BLOOM (learning app) analysis. Provide training on concur, LMS and BLOOM when requested
• Support Regional Trainers with onsite or offsite training logistics & planning.
• Co-create all training recaps and follow up action plans.
• Analyze performance metrics to ensure regional updates are supported, relevant and communicated to regional trainers
• Scheduling and ordering all retail training related projects

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and detailed oriented
• High emotional intelligence and awareness
• Ability to work independently and apply critical thinking and solution-oriented approaches in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and positive attitude and presence
• Strong digital and graphics background with expertise in video editing a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: PowerPoint and Excel is a must
• Efficient in Canva, Adobe, Final Cut Pro is a plus
• Familiarity of SAP, concur and NSPO a plus
• Strong writing and project management skills
• 2 -3 years administrative experience and luxury environments
• Willingness to travel (30% commitment)
• Bachelor’s degree

Salary Range: $70K-$80K/Annually

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
