We are looking for some dynamic Store Associates to join our Supply Chain Department. This position will be onsite at our location in the Little Rock Port area. Successful candidate must be able to prioritize, be able to work on multiple projects and be a team player.

Job Summary: Perform warehouse functions including: Receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment. Responsibilities also include; Loading and Unloading trucks, issuing material, inventory control, cycle counting, safety procedures, training temporary employees, data entry and data inquiries, quality protocols as well as other assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Must be willing to work 12 hour shifts and rotating schedule . Also responsible for providing effective performance feedback and establishing effective teamwork within the entire shift.

• Responsible for the Safety procedures, processes and status of warehouse visitors and team members.
• Utilizes previous experience to suggest and implement improvements to the processes and procedures within the department.
• The individual will be a content expert while utilizing Systems, Applications, & Products in Data Processing (SAP) to store, pick, ship, receive, track, inventory, cycle count and issue materials from the store to internal departments, vendors and suppliers.
• Compiles stock control records and information such as consumption rate, characteristics of items in storage, determine stock supply and needs for replenishment.
• Ensures all materials are accounted for and issued before allowing them to be released to ensure inventory accuracy above all.
• Responsible for perpetual cycle count and submits the report to Store Supervisor on daily basis for corrective action.

• Performs basic housekeeping duties as necessary to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

Education and Experience: High school degree/ GED or equivalent work experience is preferred. However equivalent combination of education with 2 years+ experience is acceptable.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, bend lift or carry material for extended periods during a shift.. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
