As a Store Leader, you'll be responsible for leading and developing your store team to deliver sales results for the store. You have a passion for our product and our customers, creating a unique experience for them through the development of your sales team.
Qualifications:
Required
- Positive, upbeat attitude & professional appearance
- Some leadership experience (retail preferred)
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Entrepreneurial drive
- Ability to effectively and respectfully work with a team with diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Technical ability to utilize our store tools (apps, email, Office, software)
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, drug screen and criminal background check
Preferred
- Some sales experience
- An eye for design
