Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations

• Collaborate cross-functionally in the definition of the global reverse logistic operations strategy and own the implementation and management of processes and capability to deliver value to Corsair, improving customer experience while optimizing cost structure.
• Drive operational improvement thru use of KIPs to optimize and reduce overall end-to-end reverse logistic cycle time and inventory
• Develop and track best practice across geography and operations (including third-party) to ensure effective delivery of reverse logistic services and global consistency
• Run continuous improvement projects spanning multiple geographies and operations1
• Develop and track best practices for global consistency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the various cross-functional teams to ensure overall program alignment.
• Influence various teams without direct reporting structure
• Demonstrate the agility required to quickly shift focus between tasks to deliver on multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with ability to understand complex problems and distill the message into a clear plan.
• Positive, enthusiastic, fast learner, can-do mindset and passionate about process improvements and data analysis.
  

Essential Skills and Experience:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ year experience in managing and improving supply chain and reverse logistics in consumer electronics market
• Confidence with complex data analysis and using data to drive improvements
• Strong written & verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex findings in a structured and clear manner
• Knowledge of manufacturing, quality & supply chain metrics
• Knowledge of pc components manufacturing & assembly processes
• Experience in program or project management
  

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Annual Salary Range $90,000—$110,000 USD
