Adult Foster Care seeking Registered Nurse to do home visits within the community.

The positions available are very flexible. Full time and Part time. Any hours you would like to work and when you would like to work them. Positions Flexibility allows for you to schedule your clients when works best for you. No over time. Paid gas millage.

Case management position. You will be given a case load with clients that need home visits either monthly or bimonthly. The number of hours you wish to work determines the number of clients on your caseload. 3 to 4 visits a day is the way the caseload is structured.

Examples

If you want to work 1 day a week or 8 hours a week = 3 to 4 visits a week, 4 weeks in a month = 12-16 visits a month.

The 8 hours a week or the 32 hours in the month can be worked whenever works for you as long as all clients are seen and notes in on time

32 hours/4 days a month = 12-16 visits.

64 hours/8 days a month =24-32visits a month.

96 hours/12 days a month =36-48 visits a month.

132hours/ 16 days a month = 48-64 visits a month.

160 hours/ 20 days a month = 60-80 visits a month

FLEXABILTY. Scheduling is done by you.

Gabriel Care Adult Foster Care has been in business since early 2000s and we service the entire state of Massachusetts. Most of our clients are in the Fall River New Bedford area but have clients all over the state (Worcester, Brockton, Lynn, Lawerance, Springfield, Cape Cod and so on). A driver's license, a car and a cell phone are necessary for the position

Another side to the position is the assessment piece. This is how new clients get into the program. In addition to case load we like all our nurse to be able to do assessments. Some do more assessing and others do more case management.

This position gives you the flexibility and freedom that many others do not in the nursing field.
