Position: RN Operating Room

Location: York, Pennsylvania (USA)

Blended rate: $4680/Week

Stipend: $2359/wk

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced RN Operating Room to join our team in York, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of Operating Room practices and procedures with the ability to perform duties in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare patients for surgery by cleaning and disinfecting incision sites

- Educate patients and families on the surgical process and post-operative care

- Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and other necessary equipment

- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed

- Administer medication as prescribed by physicians

- Record patient progress and care plans

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes

Requirements:

- Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

- A minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience

- Knowledge of surgical instrumentation and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
