salary: $17 - $19 per hour

work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

o Continuously produces at an acceptable level of productivity with some supervision.
o Completes process monitor for all jobs run.
o Has the ability to identify quality versus poor welding.
o Keeps all fixtures in top condition. Notates any issues with fixtures with input to correct, repairs and resolves
them.
o Completes in-house training and capable of operating all robotic welders.
o Properly loads correct components into position in the fixture without excessive force.
o Properly unloads finished assemblies, inspects welds, identifies/marks, and repairs unacceptable quality
problem areas.
o Changes torch tips, cleans nozzles and other duties as directed for proper operation.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
