What would I be doing?

• • Ensure safe work practices and compliance with OSHA safety standards at all times
  • Execute work orders and roof service jobs with a strong emphasis on detail and quality
    
  • Ensure completion of daily-logs on Buildertrend to provide job and schedule updates
    
  • Keep assigned work truck clean, maintained, and stocked
  • Manage all assigned tools, equipment, and material (including company vehicles)
  • Notify Supervisor/Account Managers of any potential changes to the job immediately
  • Check weather forecast and plan ahead to maintain schedule and limit risk daily
  • Report job incidents, accidents, concerns, and issues with supervisor the same day
  • Document project information and communicate with stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Submit receipts to accounting weekly
    
  • Efficiently work with Lead Service Technician including communicating project schedule adjustments
  
  

What do I need?

• HS Diploma or GED
• 2 or more years of experience in roofing (extensive knowledge of various systems, applications and repairs including TPO, PVC< Tile, Shingle, Metal Roofing, Roof Coating, Modified-Bitumen: Torch Down, Cold Process, Self Adhered)
  
• OSHA 10-hour training (minimum) - (or be willing to obtain if offered a position)
• Must be able to obtain security clearance on federal job sites
  
• Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
  
• Possess and maintain clean driving record, valid driver's license and be willing to complete DOT Certification
• Eligible to work in the United States
  
• Willingness to travel (accommodations and per diem is paid during travel periods)
• Experience with utilizing a tablet and software such as Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Calendar
