Inland Empire RV Campground Associate

Job description

The RV Campground Associate role is responsible for facilitating the daily park operations. We are looking for a detailed-oriented self-starter who is organized and eager to work with a team to operate a successful campground.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Perform daily site inspection and prepare written account of park conditions as well as recommendations for repairs.
• Confirm all fees are collected and transmitted promptly and accurately.
• Answer calls and respond to all guest inquiries in a timely fashion.
• Receive and quickly resolve guest complaints.
• Assist with the check in and check out process for each guest.
• Enforce park rules and regulations
• Process credit card payments
• Maintain proper paperwork for each guest.
• Support a methodical system of company procedures.
• Perform maintenance/housekeeping duties, including but not limited to: deep cleaning Restrooms and showers, grounds keeping duties such as weeding, pruning and blowing curb lines, maintaining spotless recreational room and clubhouse.

SKILLS

• Practiced interpersonal skills (customer service experience preferred). Demonstrated ability to read, write and communicate efficiently.
• Punctual attendance
• High level of professionalism with positive attitude and good work ethic
• Time management skills
• General knowledge of property maintenance
• Housekeeping experience a plus
• Maintenance experience a plus
• Sound negotiation skills

QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver's license (required)
• High School or equivalent (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
