The SaaS Noona Clinical Analyst is part of the SaaS Enablement team within Varian’s Multi-Disclipinary Oncology business unit. We are responsible for the efficient delivery of SaaS implementation projects.
We are seeking an organized individual with excellent communication skills to support MDO implementations. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and Customer Success Managers, to deliver on implementation projects.

Role Description
  • Collaborates with the implementation team, to plan and provide education deliverables to the customer, both remote and/or onsite during the implementation process, supports internal and external customer needs in all five phases of the project
  • This role will involve direct contact with customers, ensuring the application is working well, providing supplemental education/training, as needed, assisting with accessibility issues
  • Develop and foster relationships with the internal customers, SaaS project team, other partners inside Varian’s network
  • The clinical analyst may have direct contact with patients, during onsite go live, often engaging with them during the enrollment process and helping them to navigate Noona
  • Gathers information from customers and does workflow analysis pre go-live and utilizes that information, to provide relevant education content the customer will then use, for implementation of Noona, in their clinic
  • Have an understanding of Varian product interfaces with integration between product systems, as well as customer goals, needs, customer resource capabilities and limitations, and will consider these during the workflow analysis
  • Creates instructional customer education content in the form of documentation and video in collaboration with other departments, within Varian, to provide relevant content
  • Assists with Noona demos, as required
  • Support project management including organizing, delivering key milestones crucial to the overall project success
  • Maintain and update assigned dashboards
  • Promptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary
  • Requires limited direct supervision
  • Complete company provided training within prescribed timelines
  • Reports to the Director of the SaaS Enablement Team
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Able to work in fast paced environment and on multiple tasks in organized, efficient manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer experience ratings
  • Remote USA, Central or Eastern time zone preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience
  • Cooperative and composed, good team player
  • Willingness to travel to designated events 25-50% travel required
Detailed competencies:
  • Bachelor´s degree in Nursing or similar, from a relevant field
  • Clinical Background in Rad Oncology - highly desired
  • Required: experience using Microsoft Office suite, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Preferred: Visio and Camtasia
  • Preferred: education and content development
  • Preferred: experience in Sales Force
  • Previous experience with Pendo is a plus but not required
  • Previous experience in Power BI is a plus but not required
