About the role
The Sales Director currently leads all sales efforts across the MultiLit business. As we expand across both market segments and geographic locations, the objective of this role is to provide support to ensure efficient service to new and existing customers and enable proactive efforts towards sales expansion and growth. This will include support to other members of the sales team as it grows.
This role will be based within the Sales team, reporting to the Sales Director and is based in our Macquarie Park office, close to public transport.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your key responsibilities will be: -
Assisting with answering customer sales enquiries by phone and email in a timely manner, demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism
Assisting with preparing and sending templated quotes, including liaison with other teams in the business to source information
Assisting with general sales follow-up, including helping to maintains the sales pipeline within our CRM system
Maintaining and updating CRM database, as guided by the Sales Director, and generating CRM reports
Undertaking research to identify new prospects and leads
Assisting in the production of sales reports
Supporting the sales team with mailouts, events and conference preparation
Liaising with Accounts Administration, Marketing Coordinator and Sales Director, as well as other teams across the business, to support sales initiatives and ensure accurate reporting and data in the CRM
Other duties as required.
About You
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Demonstrated initiative and ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, dependability and responsiveness
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative and positive environment
Ability to establish rapport, build, and maintain relationships with team members, and customers
Good knowledge of the primary and high school sector, with ability to learn and grow knowledge in how MultiLit’s programs support teachers and students
High-level computer proficiency across of range of applications including Microsoft Office suite and HubSpot (or similar), with the capacity and willingness to learn new systems
Previous experience in a similar role
