DESIGN CONSULTANT/SALES PROFESSIONAL

The Ideal Candidate:
- Be able to build a book of business through self generating leads, while getting warm leads from CAP Concrete Coatings.
- Strong base and understanding of direct B2C and B2B marketing.
- Must be personable, enthusiastic but be able to, at the same time, be aggressive while selling in the residential home.
- Ability to overcome objections, and use a consultative sales approach utilizing features, benefits, and value to sell a high end home improvement product.
- Be out in the field every day and make new friends. Relationship building is a key to success for this position.
- The need to be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter, outstanding communicator and a fierce closer.
- Be known for their strong people skills and a commitment to providing incredible services. Complete customer satisfaction and follow through can lead to ongoing referrals for this in home sales position
- Deadline focused, highly organized, detail oriented, and results driven are integral to this position
- Familiar with putting together pricing and being able to guide clients through the design phase of their floor coating selection.
- Put in a 45 hour work week and have a good driving record.
- Ability to find out the homeowners needs and then provide a professional presentation on a tablet or flip book in the home is what is required daily for this position.
- Basic understanding of construction management, estimating and math.
- Always coachable and maintain a positive disposition.
- Communications and collaborations master.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Work at home-shows to generate brand exposure and gain additional leads.
- Build and maintain 18 leads per week. If you get more, AWESOME!
- On-site work with installation teams once per quarter to better understand the process.
- Continuously build product and process knowledge to deliver a professional consultation.
- Maintain company equipment provided to perform job duties.
- Ability to build and work leads from cold to close.
- Follow-up with customers to gain reviews and customer satisfaction understanding.
- Attend and participate in work events.
- Lead by example.
- Produce and maintain personal sales reports.
- Exceed a 40% close rate with $80k to $100k in sales per month.
- Provide excellent customer service!
- Knowledge of CRM and office technologies.
- Ability to travel 2.5 hours from CAP Lacey, WA location for appointments.
- Use of personal vehicle for appointments. Road Warrior!
What CAP Concrete Coatings Provides:
- 25% to 100% of 18 leads per week.
- In depth training on sales/marketing process, products, and services.
- Trip to Penntek HQ for additional sales training.
- 100% commission based. High Performance = High Pay.
- $500 per week for the first month to get you up and going.
- Ability to manage your own schedule with uncapped potential.
