Position available: Sales/Design consultant

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be devoted to exceeding customer expectations in areas of customer service and hospitality.

• Is able to demonstrate their ability to grow sales through strong customer relationships.

• Is an active listener, which will be essential to building confidence and influencing client’s decisions.

• Is Independent. Possess a drive for success, Friendly, assertive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have a positive outlook

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Spanish preferred

• Education in Interior Design or Architecture preferred but not required, it is more essential to possess energy, integrity, dedication, personality and a positive attitude.

• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and create productive client relationships

• Experience building presentations using PowerPoint or other software

• Experience with a POS system and Microsoft Office

• Showroom open Monday – Saturday (availability to work on Saturdays a must)

• Previous retail sales experience with a high-end or luxury brand. Home furnishings experience strongly preferred

• Knowledgeable of interior design trends

• Superb organizational skills with attention to detail & outstanding problem-solving skills

• Provide excellent communication to clients, sales team and management

• Computer literate, All Sales/ Design Consultants are trained to use our 3-D design software to help customers design their customized furniture and plan the layout of their homes.

• Quickbooks knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

• Expand customer' s connection to the company’s brand, communicating Ligne Roset Brand Values, heritage, product features in detail.

• Assist our customers with furniture layout in plan view or 3D view, select home furnishings and finishes

• Provide the highest level of customer service

• Build quality customer relationships that results in increased sales and repeat business

• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence

• Manage your own sales orders: estimates, invoices, purchases orders and follow though ensuring the successful delivery of merchandise by following up with customers and our distribution center
