Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via social media, telephone and walk-ins.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns using social media platforms.
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Confer with more senior managers to develop and implement new marketing strategies for the company.
- Maintain inventory database.
- The manager will work with full autonomy to make marketing and business decisions with the support of upper management.
