Responsibilities
Develop new relationships by making sales calls daily via our automated phone dialing system & CRM.
Collecting bank statements & other documentation from qualified prospects.
Submitting prospects’ financial documentation & signed application to the L3 team.
Transfer calls to closers, make client introductions, and generally assist sales team
Requirements:
3+ years phone experience in a call center or collections center environment
Must have persistence, assertiveness, and a positive attitude. The ability to handle & overcome sales rejection and objections is crucial!
Must be quick thinking, proactive, and coachable.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently.
Dedicated and committed to growth and maintaining a routine schedule of work performance and attendance. We are sales professionals.
