This is the ideal role for a person who truly cares about providing outstanding customer care and interactions with everyone who they come in contact with! As an Delivery Driver, Automotive Counter Parts Sales person and Assistant Store Manager you are looked at as the “face of the retail store” and the go to person as soon as our customers enter our retail stores.

• You are willing to learn all things automotive if you don’t have the background in automotive parts.

A Day in the life:

• Sourcing parts for our Customers with a passion for developing relationships with our customer (Delta Airlines.)
• Picks up and source parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory.
• Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering our parts
• Provide auto parts answers and solutions to our customer (Delta Airlines.)
• Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced work place.
• Use technology (computer), cash register and telephone.
• Use your parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members answer questions for customers

What you’ll need:

• High School Diploma or GED. Technical or Trade school courses or degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Love fast paced work environments
• A Positive attitude

And if you have this, even better:

• Knowledge of cataloging AND/OR inventory management systems, a plus
• Entirely customer-centric (external/internal)
• NAPA Know How
