Internal Sales + Client Services Representative

Our sales team combines their passion for luxury design and expert knowledge to assist interior designers, architects, developers, and residential clients in their product selection process.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationship with interior designers, architects, builders and residential clients to solve their tile and stone needs. Develop leads and close sales
  • Introduce, promote and sell high-end tile and stone solutions for a wide variety of design projects: Hospitality, landscape and luxury residential.
  • Display integrity with an ever-present commitment to providing the best possible customer service
  • Manage all aspects of prospecting, presenting, technical and sales.
  • Understand our Branding Strategy and effectively promote to new clients
  • Support our customer base and build key relationships within the building industry
  • Increase our customer base through research and observation, including the use of social media to create new leads
  • Make a conscious effort to develop relationships with our professional clients.

Requirements:

  • Must have design experience. Tile + stone experience is helpful.
  • Customer Driven.
  • Prefer at least an Associate degree with a strong sales background.
  • Selling Experience 3+ years
  • Must already live within reasonable commuting distance to the Santa Barbara market
  • Positive, energetic, can-do attitude
  • Experience with luxury products, interior design, and architecture
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Must be organized and have good time management skills
  • Proven prospecting and sales tracking skills a plus!
