Primary Purpose and Main Responsibilities
Define strategies that seek to exceed the results in units sold, net sales and profitability based on the objectives for the territory Strengthen the distribution network and relationships with the main fleets of the territory. Define actions aligned with the company's marketing plan, which seek to reinforce the image and brand positioning GOODYEAR and positioning. Lead assigned teams’ junior sellers seeking to have high performance teams.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree: Industrial Engineer, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Marketing Specialization, desired
- English, desired
Experience
- Provide sales experience, with emphasis in treating with key customers | Sales Area Manager PBC - Minimum 3 years.
- ERP SAP Knowledge, desired.

- SKILLS In strategical and tactical planning in the sales environment.
