We are hiring for the position of Sales Coordinator to begin immediately. We are looking for someone who is highly passionate and motivated for a career in Floral Design & Event Sales. The Sales Coordinator will assist the Director of Sales & Operations with receiving client requests & maintaining accurate order information in company databases. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, be highly organized, and have a professional demeanor.

Location: Le Jardin Francais - L'Atelier (West Midtown - Atlanta, GA 30318)

Position Overview: Sales Coordinator

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Receive client orders via Phone, e-Commerce, Email, or Web Inquiries
  • Update & maintain accurate order information for Retail & Event orders
  • Follow-up on client requests and channel to the appropriate department or team member as needed
  • Assist Sales team with scheduling design consultations & follow-up appointments
  • Coordinate Same-Day orders with Floral Production Manager
  • Confirm delivery information of floral orders & event installations
  • Assist Office Manager with maintaining accurate inventory levels across company locations
  • Print order confirmations & production labels for the design team
  • Maintain & update as needed Floral Subscription client roster
  • Write note cards for client orders
  • Assist Director of Sales & Operations with other administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Business products, and Quickbooks
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a sales & customer service-oriented role
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the Floral Design & Event Sales industry preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Sales administration: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
