Easy Technology
SitterTree’s app makes booking child care providers easy. No more time spent scrolling through candidates, sending multiple texts, or posting in Facebook groups. SitterTree users can post and manage single or recurring jobs, communicate with child care providers, pay and tip, and provide reviews all in one place.

POSITION SUMMARY:
SitterTree is seeking a Sitter Sales Coordinator to grow the app's child care provider user base in markets across the U.S. High quality child care providers are the core of why families and groups trust the SitterTree app and ultimately determines the success of the app.
The Sitter Sales Coordinator should be a self-starter with a strong sense of agency who can work both independently and collaboratively, can set and achieve ambitious goals, with a high capacity to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, able to influence and motivate others towards a common goal, highly social, outgoing, and extroverted, enjoys networking and is connected within his/her community. The Sitter Sales Coordinator is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys a challenge, asks for forgiveness rather than permission, and enjoys some friendly competition!
The Sitter Sales Coordinator will report directly to the Operations Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Campus Marketing
- Identify target campuses and plan, schedule, and execute marketing activities: flyering, tabling, career events, and sorority visits
- Connect with target colleges and universities on Handshake and other college recruiting platforms
- Establish and nurture relationships with contacts in key departments (i.e. early childhood education, nursing, advising) and Career Services on all target campuses
- Manage indexes of college/university and sorority contacts for all target universities/colleges
- Manage campus calendar including key dates for all target universities/colleges
- Identify and mobilize Campus Ambassadors to carry out campus marketing activities in target markets: flyering, tabling, career events, and sorority visits
- Plan and execute trips to other market cities/states as needed to conduct on-campus marketing and meet with Campus Ambassadors
User Screening
- Conduct virtual Screening video calls with potential new child care providers on the app
- Send mass text(s) to child care providers on the app to schedule screenings and complete background checks, including users in stages of signup and users with incomplete profiles
- Conduct targeted assimilation of users in stages of signup and with incomplete profiles in order to increase applicants to posted jobs - especially in new market areas and preschool jobs
- Periodically send mass text(s) to users about preschool substitute jobs, including approved and archived, incomplete, and users in stages of signup
- Manage scheduling calendar for Screening Team, troubleshoot scheduling issues, ensure screening times are available, and team members are fully booked to achieve maximum capacity. Maintain 85% or higher team capacity for scheduled screenings
- Report weekly on screening stats for all team members at team huddle
- Identify areas to improve sitter signup and screening processes. Provide feedback and training to Screening Team members
- Ensure staff members are trained and consistently asking about preschool jobs/DECAL checks in sitter screenings and porting existing checks
Sitter Engagement
- Manage Sitters@sittertree.com inbox and Google Voice line. Respond same-day to all emails and texts.
- Manage SitterTree sitter Facebook Group. Screen and admit new members
- Coordinate monthly t-shirt pick-ups (in Atlanta metro) and mailings (to other market areas) for child care providers with upcoming jobs
- Plan and execute Top 10 Sitter event annually for all market areas
Administrative
- Attend weekly Staff Huddles and monthly Sales Meetings
- Set, achieve, and report on sitter sales goals at weekly Staff Huddles
- Lead efforts to create operational standards and processes relating to child care provider users - from signup to booking 1st job (from Sales to Support)
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
- Fluent in G-suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Voice, Meet, Slides, Sheets, and Forms)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning (including event planning) skills
- Previous training/experience in recruiting ideal, but not required
- Previous training/experience in marketing/sales ideal, but not required
- Previous experience in a start-up environment ideal, but not required
- Fluent in English and Spanish ideal, but not required
