Empire Truck Sales, LLC is one of the largest Freightliner, Western Star, and Thomas Built Bus Dealerships in the Southeast. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a new Sales Coordinator with strong customer communications skills, who is a self-starter and a quick learner for our dealership.

In this role, you will learn the intricacies of the school bus business. This opportunity allows room for growth and progression into a branch or territory sales position.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitoring inventory control specifications, concessions, and movement (i.e., branches, demos, trade shows, etc.)
• Monthly sales reporting
• Will work and train with Sales personnel and the Heavy Truck Coordinator
• Assist customers in dealership and via email, phones, etc.

• Associate's degree required; bachelors degree preferred
• Sales experience in the Commercial vehicle industry preferred; work experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements
• Ability to travel throughout the state of Mississippi as needed
• Proficient with using computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based programs/applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Must be self-motivated and able to work well within a team environment
