Working for Goldfish Swim School will allow you to provide children and families with necessary life skills to combat the ever-growing drowning statistics. In addition to supporting any current family's needs this role has a huge focus of answering phones and processing incoming qualified leads , meeting monthly enrollment targets using ethical tactics, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
Conducts telephone inquiries and follow up calls
Follow up with all prospective clients
Works closely with Ops Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled
Communicate with staff for all trials.
Timely response and follow through with all Goldfish corporate/owner requests and lead requests.
Enforces Goldfish corporate policies, business practices, systems and processes.

Job Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High energy
Must pass background examinations prior to training
Excellent customer service skills -
Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)
Must have a growth mindset and desire to grow personally and professionally
Be promotionally-oriented and have the ability to schedule trials which require vetting. Ability to learn and understand all performance metrics (KPI's).
High integrity, work ethic, and professional demeanor.
