Vero Health Center in West Des Moines, IA is looking to hire a full-time Sales Development Representative to efficiently respond to inbound leads and schedule appointments for our chiropractic clinic. This sales position earns a competitive salary of $60,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Bonuses are based on performance. Our office hours are Monday and Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Tuesday hours will rotate between the early shift (7:00 am - 9:00 am) and the later shift (4:00 pm - 6:00 pm), Wednesday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, and Friday 7:00 am - 2:00 pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

As a Sales Development Representative, you play an important role in ensuring the highest level of profitability, customer communication, and customer satisfaction for our chiropractic clinic. As social media and website leads come in, you use your company cell phone to answer them. You make every potential client feel special, earning a bonus for every appointment you make. Always organized and efficient, you also make outgoing calls to confirm appointments and reactivate previous patients.

Using our customer relationship management (CRM) software and Google Calendar, you diligently track follow-ups, never letting a potential client slip through the cracks. Always maintaining a friendly demeanor, you text and email our clients to answer questions and ensure they achieve the results they desire. Our clinic can always count on you to provide exceptional customer service no matter what. You take great pride in the daily contributions you make to the business development of our chiropractic clinic!
