About the Role

You will create and secure qualified business opportunities to retain and help generate new revenue. You will Identify qualified prospects and navigating company structures to pin-point key decision makers.

Responsibilities

· Working closely with sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations producing real business opportunities

· Solving customer issues while providing a world class customer experience

· Identifying qualified prospects and navigating company structures to pin point key decision makers and influencers

· Building client profiles by updating client information and managing sensitive client and prospect data using CRM

· Learning, understanding, and applying the LexisNexis value proposition and our world-class business processes.

· Mastering all phases of our training and development program

Requirements

· Have good lead generation or inside sales experience

· Be a great listener, quick thinker, and the ability to work solo and as a team

· Have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience

· Have solid verbal and written communication skills

· Be detail orientated with the ability to follow defined processes

· Have solid time management skills

· Demonstrate the ability to use Microsoft Windows and Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Google Chrome, and LinkedIn.
