Job Type: Salary plus bonus, Full Time, Exempt

Salary Range: $70K-80K (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonus

Job Description:

As a part of the Providence Living at Maitland management team, you are entrusted with the most rewarding job and responsibility of caring for and about residents, family, and coworkers.

As the Community Sales Director (CSD), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at developing and growing lead volume that will result in achieving or exceeding community sales goals. The CSD is a results-oriented, experienced sales professional who is a closer and will contribute to the community’s success. Must be able to follow through with attention to detail and be sensitive to the needs of the elderly. The CSD should be computer savvy to be responsible in maintaining a lead database using a lead management system

Job Function

· Exceptional Customer Service- Responsible for Providence Living at Maitland’s first impression which may include greeting visitors, vendors, associates, residents, and family, via telephone, in person or other means.

· The CSD will ensure the community is presented well to public, residents and families. Appearance of the community and professional attire of the CSD, is vital to success of this role and send a positive message to the prospects or visitors.

· Establish, develop, and maintains business relationship with current and new prospects through a relationship approach.

· Whether on the telephone or in person, make presentations that result in census development.

· Manage social media campaign to include Facebook, twitter, website etc.

· Maintain strong relationships across all departments.

· Facilitate business development and growth which meets and exceeds census goals of the community.

· Outreach activities which generate awareness of the community and results in increased referrals. Participates and or leads events, health fairs, seminars and or conventions.

· Manages move in process which results in positive transition of residents to the community.

· Manages positive public relations and communication with community.

· Develops and implements marketing plan.

· Able to develop and interpret reports as required, for owners and the executive director.

· Communicate timely with prospects.

· Able to identify key needs and wants of prospects and develop next step plan for sales process.

· Other duties as assigned.

Education

· A minimum of two years sales and marketing experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

· A proven track record of event planning, referral source development and successful sales process

· Engaging verbal and written communication style

· Proficient computer skills including CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
