Compensation
Commissioned sales role that can earn up to $20,000 per month.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
· Ability to recruit, hire, and train a team of sales associates
· Generate sales leads
· Enforce proven processes
· Full responsibility for showroom
· Set goals
· Manage showroom budget
· Qualifications/Skills
· Strong Communication Skills
· Good leadership and motivational skills
· Ability to build, develop, and train a successful sales team
· Ability to develop budgets and goals for sales representatives
Experience Requirements
· Minimum of 2 years of sales management
· Three-plus years plus high-end sales experience
· Outstanding record of sales accomplishments
