- Duties include but not limited to:
- overseeing the activities/performance of the sales team
- coordinate with marketing on lead generation
- manage the training of location's sales staff
- achieve company objectives through effective organization and company processes
- Help customers to determine their needs, wants, and features of a machine
- Discuss extra products such as accessories
- In-store sales, online sales, and phone sales
- Stay in touch with existing customers and potential customers about new deals and vehicles
- Must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Pass a background check
- Have the ability to work well with others
- Be honest and transparent with customer
