As our Sales Manager in Tucson, your job will be to train our expert technicians. Teach ‘em to listen to customers and find solutions for them.

We do not twist arms.

As our new Sales Manager, we’ll ask you to:

• Oversee the performance of your staff
• Talk directly to the customers to help find solutions
• Help team members succeed and be better than they already are
• Monitor and maintain benchmarks (fancy word for “goals”)
• Be as cool as a Polar Bear when things get busy

If you’ve heard our commercials, you probably figured out we believe we shouldn’t take ourselves too seriously. But we also believe in the Alaskan way, not the cheap way… in showing up 10 minutes early… looking sharp, smelling good, and always pressed and clean… and 100% right the first time.
