RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Technology Sales Senior Manager will set up & manage sales campaigns for wholesale opportunities in the digital signage industry and will be responsible for day-to-day campaign management, with emphasis on opportunity qualification, win strategy definition/execution, proposal development, orals presentation, and support of contract negotiations
- The successful candidate will develop & apply EdgeX LED's corporate strategies, client service group priorities, and formal sales campaign management processes to secure new contracts and deliver sales that meet or exceed financial goals within acceptable risk parameters
- Relationship Development interacting with senior management levels at clients and within EdgeX LED, determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships
- Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs
- Sales Process Leadership: Lead Sales Process for specific approved opportunities, complying with internal sales stage entry/exit requirements
- Construct and execute opportunity plan, including win themes, win tactics & action plan, relationship plan, deal shaping and price-to-win; Review solution plans, cost models and written proposals as appropriate to ensure alignment with sales strategy, win themes, and price-to-win
- Client Demand Stimulation and Opportunity Generation: Identify specific sales opportunities within existing and prospective clients
- Engage in activities focused at generating client awareness of the firm and/or demand for its Services
- Work side by side with sales representative to drive sales
- Travel: Less than 10%
- Annual sales targets exceeding $3 Million
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high level Sales, Execution/Sales Pursuit and Closure
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling within the Products industry
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years) work experience
- (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
- Proven sales deal leadership originating and closing technology services opportunities
- Credibility in the Products Industry
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Understands Digital Sign Technology offerings including supporting differentiation and value propositions
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting
- High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure
- Focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments
- Strong facilitation and communication skills - both written and verbal
- Team player of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to interface and negotiate with senior management

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
