We are currently seeking a qualified Sales Operations Administrator to manage sales leads and our product evaluation process. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented and efficient with multi-tasking and prioritizing.

This is a remote position based out of your home office. Onboarding training at Fire-Dex Headquarters in Medina, Ohio is required.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinates with marketing team to generate sales leads

Sales lead qualification and processing, managing the sales cycle from start to finish

Works closely with sales team to manage and update leads and opportunities in CRM

Assigns and manages tasks for continued follow up

Reviews data in CRM for completeness and accuracy

Gathers & compiles data on product evaluations and communicates findings both internally and externally

Develops reports to measure various sales metrics

Provides training on sales processes for new sales associates

Candidates should possess the following:

Minimum of a 2-year Associates degree in related field

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy

Ability to understand and interpret technical data and specifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office with strengths in Word, Excel and Outlook

Possess excellent typing and data entry skills

Ability to work from home office

Experience with the following systems is preferred: Salesforce or other CRM (customer relationship management) Software

Ability to work in teams as well as possess self-accountability

Proficiency to communicate well with all different levels, both inside and outside of the organization, including verbal, electronic, and written

Efficient with prioritizing and multi-tasking, including being productive while handling re-directions and interruptions based upon business needs

Possess a high attention to detail and accuracy

Must be flexible and accommodating

Possess a strong sense of urgency, follow-through, and diligence, including meeting deadlines and can remain organized with and keep track of multiple sources of information and data

Possess strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
