Sales Performance Analyst
will report to the Sales Performance Manager to study processes, recommend improvements & facilitate change management. Additionally, this role will evaluate existing technology, study agent use & behavior and recommend adjustments to workflow and resources to improve sales outcomes & agent experience.


This position is full - time. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.


Our office is located at 7440 WOODLAND DR, INDIANAPOLIS, IN. Employees will be required to work some days onsite and some days from home. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Monitor sales agents in real time to document and understand workflow

  • Recommend changes to workflow to improve agent / customer experience

  • Recommend changes to workflow to improve sales outcomes

  • Review sales performance data

  • Develop models to determine effectiveness of business decisions

  • Agent flexing, Sales Incentives, Contests, lead routing, new hire strategies (WAH / Telecommute / Seasonal, etc.)

  • Develop models to determine effectiveness of resources & tools (Resource center, CRM, Dynamic Scripting)

  • Complete tasks assigned by Sales Performance Manager

  • Assist with deployment of new processes or technology

Required Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

  • 2+ years of data management experience

  • Experience in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (creating and using formulas), and Microsoft Access

  • Experience in partnering with applicable stakeholders to identify the operational impact of changes within defined solutions (e.g., changes to policies / processes / procedures)

  • Experience in reviewing manual report packages to identify opportunities to automate reporting and / OR eliminate redundancies

  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)

  • 1+ years of Business Analyst OR Data Analysis experience

  • 1+ years of Call Center experience

  • Reside within commutable distance to 7440 WOODLAND DR, INDIANAPOLIS, IN

  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)

  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
