We are looking for a results-driven Sleep Specialist that can meet/exceed the company’s sales goals while offering a relaxed, low-pressure environment to our customers as they shop. Hands on training by a proven sales professional will be provided to you, we want you to dominate the market! Do you like to talk with people? You’re going to be talking to customers a lot, listening to their wants and needs so that you can guide them to the perfect mattress just for them. They will be delighted because of your customer service skills and product knowledge, after all you are the best at what you do. As mentioned previously, in depth training will be provided by proven leadership to allow you develop the confidence that you need to be another Mattress King success story!

Key areas of responsibility for this position include:

• Master product knowledge
• Drive sales to meet/exceed the company’s sales goals
• Manage the point of sale program (invoices, customer payments, purchase orders, receiving vouchers, open/close the register etc)
• Manage merchandising and pricing of the mattress line
• Assist with customer pickups
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Participate in daily cleanup activities
• Maintain a well-organized stockroom
• Maintain a professional/organized showroom
• Assume other managerial activities in the absence of an on-site manager
• Provide an organized structure/leadership for the delivery crew.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional selling skills
• 1 year minimum experience in retail, sales, customer service, or hospitality industry
• 1 year in management setting
• Self motivated, determined, results driven, eager to learn
• Personable, positive attitude, team player, trustworthy, dependable
• Fast thinker
• Heavy lifting (50lbs plus)
• Customer service orientated
• Driver’s License
• Prioritization
• Ability to work every weekend and some weekday evenings (8pm)
• Computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
