Sales Representative Account Manager K12 Education Technology Job at Blocksi, Inc
We are seeking several Sales Representative/ Account Manager to join our team! You will actively prospect, close opportunity and work with channels to drive company revenue.
Experience in selling into K-12 education technology is preferred but not a deal-breaker requirement. You need to be self-driven, willing to work in a start-up environment, willing to travel and hungry to close business and hit the target. Prospection is key, so expect to make quite a lot of sales calls and outbound email. Negotiation and closing skills are essential for that position
Experience in content filtering and or classroom screen monitoring software is a plus but not a requirement to apply for this position.
You would need to be able to get into high-level technical discussions with the prospect's technical team while still relying on your internal sales engineers when it gets too technical.
The territory covered: multi states territory with a minimum of 4 states
Full benefit covered 100%
Close to a major airport Home office and OR willing to relocate to our branch office in Austin, TX or
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Participate to trade show and events
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- strong written and communication skills
- Bachelor or Master degree preferred but not required
- Strong business ethics
- Hungry to close and sale
Base Salary: 50K to 70K based on industry experience plus 8% commission on target, 16% commission above target: OTE 110K to 150K
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
