Mobile Home Liquidators is seeking an experienced and highly motivated sales representative to join our award-winning team. We specialize in providing affordable manufactured homes to customers across the region, and we are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about sales and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a pipeline of potential customers
• Conduct sales presentations and tours of our manufactured homes
• Work with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Assist with financing options and paperwork as needed
• Follow up with potential customers to ensure a smooth sales process
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on our products and processes

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the housing or real estate industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with financing is a plus
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working on a commission basis
• Must have reliable transportation

Compensation:

This is a 100% commission-based position, but the employee will earn a draw each week in case they do not make any sales. There is no cap on how much you can earn. The position requires working Monday - Saturday with one day off during the week and one Saturday off a month.
