You will be responsible for closing sales on warm leads (leads we provide you at no cost) inquiring about our home warranty policies, there is NO COLD CALLING involved. The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, highly self-motivated and possess strong verbal & communication skills.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Close warm sales leads from customers inquiring about our home warranty policy.
- Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions.
- Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations.
- Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture.
- Ability to learn product suite quickly.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
Required Experience:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal & external clients.
- Ability to close deals and up-sale policy.
- Ability to work independently while continuing to focus on goals and meeting deadlines.
- Strong phone presence.
