Position Description:

The Salesforce Administrator will support Glass Lewis by helping to achieve its revenue goals through leadership, management, and training within Salesforce. The Sales Operations Manager will work as the liaison between with Sales, IT and Finance and will own the forecasting and sales reporting process.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily administration and support of Salesforce including managing multiple user management setups, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflow rules and validations
  • Ability to act as the advocate for sales enablement tools and Salesforce.com adoption/automation. Drive user adoption and engagement to leverage automation to maximize selling time
  • Responsible for maintaining data quality and data cleanup in Salesforce via constant data analysis, scheduled reports, data loads and validation rules
  • Experience developing and maintaining reporting and dashboards in support of Sales, Marketing and Finance teams
  • Engage with Sales, IT and others in periodic governance meetings to identify and recommend platform changes
  • Provide training to Sales, Marketing and Finance teams about Salesforce
  • Act in a change management capacity to ensure adoption of sales enablement tools
  • Experience making recommendations and implementing a set of analytics that support informed, robust decision making for sales teams
  • Own the Sales commissions process and ensure accurate and timely payment
  • Assist in setting sales quotas and tracking performance
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 3 to 5 years experience leading sales operations via salesforce
  • Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201) certification required
  • Salesforce.com Advanced Admin (ADM211) certification preferred
