Salesforce Administrator Job at Student Conservation Association
Position Summary
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for working with end users of our multiple integrated systems (Salesforce, ADP, & DocuSign) to solve daily problems and streamline processes using data and technology. This position will manage projects related to these technologies and will serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and vendors. This position reports to the Director of IT. The annual salary range being offered for this position is $80,000 - $90,000.

Roles and Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand current and future needs related to data collection, data analysis, and business process
Develop and test customizations to Salesforce database structure, process automation, and user interfaces to help users reach their goals more efficiently
Run and evaluate user tests to enhance usability and user experience of database systems
Lead training for Salesforce users across SCA. Demonstrate Salesforce functionality and communicate important changes and enhancements to the system. Serve as lead on Salesforce release updates
Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce apps, integrated apps. and business processes
Follow robust change management and testing processes when implementing database updates and modifications
Monitor key information system admin centers for outages and issues and communicate critical service disruptions with end users
Answer end user questions and troubleshoot complex issues as needed
Create and run reports and lists out of our systems in support of departmental activities
Perform Salesforce manual loads to the system as needed
Execute Salesforce system administration tasks, i.e., provisioning new users, setting up permissions, resetting passwords
Maintain integration and troubleshoot issues with DocuSign, used for contract management and generation
Maintain integration and troubleshoot issues with ADP, used for recruitment, applicant tracking, performance management, and other HRIS functions
Maintain and troubleshoot issues with Salesforce, perform upgrades, optimize performance, and ensure SCA is leveraging the per best practices
Project manage enhancement efforts and/or future integrations, including coordination of resources, schedule, and communication
Serve as the third-party software point of contact (ADP, DocuSign, etc.)
Perform data hygiene checks and tasks to ensure data integrity
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Salesforce strongly desired; Salesforce Administrator certification required
3-5 years of experience with the Nonprofit Success pack (NPSP)
3-5 years of experience of nonprofit experience, either directly working for a nonprofit or as a consultant/contractor
Salesforce Program Management Module (PMM) experience a plus
DocuSign experience a plus
ADP experience a plus
Strong project management and project coordination skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Analytic mindset
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) proficiency required.
Ability to communicate complicated concepts clearly both verbally and in writing; ability to translate IT concepts for a non-IT audience
Ability to work effectively with managers and system users to analyze and evaluate data and system/process issues and provide recommendations to SCA leadership and a demonstrated ability to implement desired recommendations
Attention to detail required
Must be able to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

Per CDC guidance, up to date vaccination now includes all recommended COVID-19 vaccines, including any booster dose(s) when indicated. Once a person is indicated for a booster (6 months after Pfizer or Moderna primary series, 2 months after J&J primary series), full and up-to-date vaccination includes the completed booster shot.
